Homemade kale chips are amazing!!!! Gotta snap a picture quick before I eat them all!!!
I bought a bunch of kale to use in a dinner and I forgot about it. So I am trying new things with kale.
Preheat oven to 350
Wash and dry kale, remove from stems and tear into bit size pieces.
Place on parchment lined cookie sheet
Drizzle with olive oil and season however you like (I used garlic salt)
Cook for 10-15 minutes or until edges are slightly brown.
Eat the whole pan.
Make another batch.
Try not to eat that whole pan.
Store for later delight.
