This recipe is one of my favorite throw-together-last-minute recipes. The only draw back is I usually have my poultry frozen, but I have learned some quick thaw methods for some of the smaller poultry when I am in a real bind.
I named this Lemon Pepper Poultry because it can be used on nearly any poultry. I have personally tried it on Turkey, Chicken, and Cornish Hens.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: Varies on type of poultry.
Soften butter in microwave. Add lemon pepper and garlic salt. Rub all over, inside, out, and underside of skin with the seasoned butter. Bake at 350 degrees until internal temperature is 180 degrees.
